The Rainbow Warriors Wrestling Academy (RWWA) is the first wrestling school geared twoards the gay/lesbian/transgender community. Located in
the Los Angeles area, the RWWA teaches you the fun and exciting world of Pro Wrestling and Lucha Libre. (mexican style wrestling)
Open house is on Sunday August 21-2011 at 4pm. Free to the public!!!

Rainbow Warriors is headed by El Exotico Angel & Amanda. Angel has had over 10 years experience thruout the Unites States and Mexico.
We asked Angel his longterm goal was for opening a school geared towards the LGBT community:
"The long term goal for the school is to get anyone of any life style to know world wide that their is a pro wrestling school that is geared twoards the LGBT community and to maybe even get a school going in every major metropolitan market. As in every school the obvious choice would to also run shows so that the students can showcase their talent to the world."
Amanda is a Santino Bros Wrestling Academy alumni and for the past 2+ years has wrestled thruout the United States and recently has delved into the world of Hardcore and Deathmatch style Wrestling!
We asked Amanda why she felt it was important to have a school like the Rainbow Warriors?
"When I started training I didnt have the luxury of being comfortable. Starting the Rainbow Warriors Academy will make those who participate want to be there inner self and not have to worry about puting on a fake persona for acceptence.... Its tough being gay,bi trans and even lesbian, especially in such a male dominated sport. People will learn the ins and outs of pro wrestling, were talking ring work,body conditioning and how to have fun while doing it"
