But to do 50 proper pushups is a bit more difficult. Back in my Army days, for the part of the PT test, we had to do a certain number of push ups. While doing them though, your SGT watches very closely to make sure that you are doing the proper pushup....breaking the plane in the down position, making sure your ass is aligned with your body etc....you get the picture.
So trainer Angel said "50 pushups, BUT I call when you go down and you have to stay together, in unison".....check it out.
