Training with a deck of cards

Sometimes you need to change things up....shock the body if you will.

Here at Santino Bros Dojo, our students already know to be prepared for a cardio blast warm-up, their bodies are getting accustomed to the typical warm-up of push-ups, squats, lunges, tire lifts etc. So thanks to Orion, we changed things up a bit with a deck of cards. Each card represents a different workout and # of times for each exercise.....check it out!
