Biceps and Triceps

Part of becoming a pro wrestler is being in all around good shape. That means that on top of in ring training, you still need to eat healthy (or try at least), hit the regular gym and always make sure your appearance and gear are top notch!

In order to be a wrestler, always make sure you look the part. One of the worst things I have seen at shows is a guy walking into the ring, looking like he just bought a ticket to the show.....No body, no tan, gear is just a pair of black gym shorts and a t-shirt. You get the picture right? Would you want to pay your hard earned money to see that.....or....would you prefer to see a guy with a gym refreshed body, the look of an athlete and gear that just grabs your attention!

With that being said, it is very important to be in top shape, not only for appearance sake, but for the safety of you and your opponent. Cardio is more important than I can say, but so is strength.

In these videos, student Andres aka Hed is doing a bicep and tricep workout before in ring training to get the blood flowing and his muscles warmed up. If you don't have access to weights, push ups and pull ups work just as well for free! Check it out....
